• Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a logistics strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth plans, optimising our distribution network across the EMEA region.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement, leveraging your expertise to enhance logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Team Development: Lead and inspire a diverse, high performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Project Management: Manage projects, develop business cases and a plan for success that can be replicated and built on across the region
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain integration and customer satisfaction.
• Financial Oversight: Optimize financial performance and deliver cost effective, ensuring logistics budget execution aligned with targets and clear accountability for delivering on commitments, promoting continuous improvements and developing cost savings initiates.
• Process Management: Ensure logistics processes are well documented and SOPs are updated, allowing highest level of compliance, successful audits, and timely resolution of CAPAs and non-conformances.

What We Expect:

• Proven experience in a senior logistics and supply chain management role within the medical device, pharmaceutical, fmcg or biotechnology field
• Considerable experience working across the EMEA role, enacting change and improvement
• Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a track record of delivering results.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Experience in Cold Chain and management of Supply Chain of highly regulated products
• Experience in parcel services and spare parts management
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively navigate a multicultural environment.
