Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Logistics Broker. As a Logistics Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating the transportation of goods for our clients by connecting them with carriers. This position offers unlimited earning potential through a commission-based structure, allowing you to take control of your income based on your performance and dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in need of transportation services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders in the transportation industry.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure the best possible deals for clients.
• Coordinate and schedule transportation services to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Track shipments and provide updates to clients regarding the status of their freight.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transportation process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients.
• Continuously seek opportunities to expand your client base and increase revenue.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a desire to succeed and exceed goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission
