While previous transportation experience is welcome, we are primarily seeking someone who has exceptional customer service skills and can collaborate with our team to problem-solve and deliver top-quality service to our clients. As a self-motivated and dedicated team player, you'll be comfortable multitasking and have the confidence to be a problem solver.

This is you:

• Multi-tasking Unicorn - You can do it all - Learn and use our operating system, multiple websites, answer phones, communicate with internal team members via chat sometimes all at once without have an A-level meltdown.
• Email Ninja - Ability to prioritize and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. If you consider any more than 50 emails a day too many then this is not a good fit.
• Best of Both Worlds - Independent thinker who follow the rules - we have a set of requirements that we expect team members to abide by - and regulations within our industry - we need someone to learn and execute both as a function of this position.
• Computer Aptitude - Adobe, Microsoft (all products), Websites - level Proficient
