We are seeking a skilled Purchasing and Logistics Manager to oversee and manage these operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in inventory control. Which involves overseeing the parts department, including inventory management, purchasing and ordering parts requests and work-order fulfillment and inventory relief. Coordinating delivery and procurement of RVs with a focus on proper planning and speed. Analyzing data is a critical part of the position.

Job Duties:
•Inventory Management: Ensuring that the store has an adequate stock of RV parts and accessories to meet customer demands. This involves ordering, receiving, organizing, and managing inventory levels efficiently.
•Technician/Customer Service: Assisting technicians/customers in finding the right parts for their RVs, answering inquiries about product specifications, pricing, and availability, and providing guidance on installation and usage.
•Supplier Relations: Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and ensure timely delivery of inventory.
•Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the latest RV models, parts, and accessories, as well as industry trends and developments, to better assist customers and make informed purchasing decisions.
•Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, particularly for items like Oils and flammable liquids, electrical components, and other potentially hazardous materials.
•Coordinating the pickup of purchased RV’s nationally
•Coordinating the delivery of purchased RV’s nationally
•Monitoring expenses on all incoming and outgoing shipments
•Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing sales data to optimize profitability and identify areas for improvement.
