Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the operations and corporate business development teams in the analysis, planning, and execution of product logistics to support our company's growth objectives.
Infinium has a growing portfolio of projects to produce ultra-low carbon sustainable aviation fuel, diesel, and other products that are in high demand to its customers globally. The Product Logistics Manager would lead the effective build out of optimal logistics options for its global projects including demand planning, inventory management, transport optimization, and supply chain strategy. The role would also support regulatory compliance planning and execution in various international locations.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and management of fuel product logistics to multiple customers globally
- Analysis and cost tracking of various logistics paths (truck, rail, storage, maritime)
- Track and manage log of product movement from facilities – ensure effective delivery to end customer and manage any issues related to all processes involved as well as the infrastructure that will support this operation.
- Build out optimized logistics plans for future facilities in the corporate pipeline including strategies for effective distribution of products by defining policies for inventory management
- Evaluate, work with and manage third-party logistics engagement to implement logistics plans and systems that will allow to track third party performance.
- Support evaluation and analysis of feedstock logistics (such as CO2)
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvement plans that will cover quality control and operational processes among others.
- Track, maintain and ensure compliance with all laws, taxes and regulations related to product transportation and delivery.
- Track and reconcile various low carbon fuel credits with associated fuel deliveries.
- Develop and maintain export planning and regulatory compliance with low-carbon fuel markets.
- Support government relations work in planning and execution of product delivery into low-carbon fuel markets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or supply chain, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Experience working with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance on logistics planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful business planning initiatives.
- Excellent numeric skills and strong financial acumen.
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects requiring different skills sets and stakeholders.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities – able to quickly analyze and solve complex problems with multiple variables.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively.
· Strong proficiency in Excel and CTRM systems as needed.
