Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all customer service, production planning, procurement of RAW material, along with shipping and receiving activities.
• Reviews various reports and information to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
• Responsible for monthly reporting of several KPI logistics categories (e.g. inventory DOH, delivery performance supplier / customer, freight cost…)
• Tracks on-time delivery and/or premium freight/customer ratings.
• Oversees the scheduling of machines, processes, and Morganfield incoming outgoing shipping to meet production requirements and customer needs.
• Assigns duties and tasks to subordinates and responsible for their progress and efficiency.
• Manage reference material in Run Books of Customer Service Manager and SCM Purchasing Coordinator.
• Assures conformance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with 3-5 years in automotive materials management or BS degree and two years in automotive materials management.
• Extensive experience with materials management computer programs.
• Five years logistics experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least two years in automotive materials management.
• Continuous improvement training.
• Solid Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a wide array of customer protocols.
• Strong communication, organization & delegation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
