Davis Express, Inc., located in Starke, FL, is a refrigerated carrier using company drivers serving the Southeastern United States. We have an opportunity for highly motivated professional individuals to help strengthen our Operations team. We are currently seeking a Load Tracker in our Operations Department. Our operation runs 24/7 which requires personnel to work a rotating schedule of 4 - 12 hour shifts per week working 50% of the weekends per year (work 5 straight weekends and then off 5 straight weekends). These positions are hourly positions and overtime is paid accordingly. Newly hired operations staff is placed on the night shift. As day shift positions become available, employees are moved to day shift based on seniority. Schedules are subject to change due to work load demands.

Job Description:

• Communicating with drivers to ensure on time pick up and delivery
• Working closely with customer personnel in a timely manner reporting any delays on a load
• Using TMW, ETA alerts, and NetGraf to identify potential service failures
• Completing service reports for both customers and Davis Express personnel
• Crosschecking the temperature of load against the specified set point provided

Job Benefits:

• Salary: $48,000 - $50,000
