• Oversees end-to-end material and finished goods processes, including receiving, warehousing, transfers, and shipping logistics
• Monitors the flow of goods through the inventory management system and warehouse, including transfer requests
• Ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipment
• Prevents product damage, shrinkage, accidents and hazards
• Provides weekly reporting
• Provides guidance and communicates KPIs through daily logistics reviews
• Analyzes results and recommends improvements
• Develops and implements process initiatives to optimize operations
• Prepares SOPs to support department goals and Logistics Best Practices
• Ensures compliance with inventory management rules, addressing material control issues
• Maintains proper documentation and adherence to SOPs for all transactions
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment following 5S principles
• Manages staffing and cross-training plans
• Enforces forklift and warehouse safety rules and procedures
• Fosters a positive work environment and encourages continuous improvement
• Contributes to customer base growth through excellent service
• Maintains high standards of customer service and promptly resolves customer issues

• Minimum High School diploma; BS in Logistics Management or related field
• Hands-on leader with several years of supervisory/management experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics operations
• Experience and ability to oversee entire end-to-end material and finished goods process from receiving, warehousing, transfers, and shipping (incl. 3PL) logistics
• Proficient in inventory management systems, specifically SAP
• Proven ability to develop, coach, train, and lead teams
• Track record of ensuring compliance with inventory management rules and addressing potential issues
• Proficiency in Inventory Management, Microsoft, and fulfillment tools
• Effective collaboration across departments in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, execute projects and delegate tasks

• English: C1 – Advanced

• Fishbowl experience
