SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Logistics Manager plans, directs, and maintains economical and efficient transportation services of motorcycles, bicycles, and parts/accessories throughout North America, and as needed internationally. This position manages and ensures the accuracy of product storage warehouse inventories, while facilitating the establishment of commercial connections of customers and suppliers. The Logistics Manger is responsible for developing procedures and systems that satisfy scheduling and tracking procurement, and distribution operations. In addition, this position acts as a liaison with customers, suppliers, and employees to ensure inventory is properly documented and ordered, as well as guaranteed delivery schedules are adhered to for business expectation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Jointly manages international and domestic logistics processes in the shipment of motorcycles, bicycles, parts, and accessories. Additionally, supports strategic initiatives, monthly finance reviews, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as drive process improvements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Requires a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in a logistics related role; experience with both domestic and international logistics strongly preferred. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
