Operations Manager Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (1 day of the next month of hire) (Options available) 401K with matching program STD, LTD Vacation and sick time Friendly and Open-Door culture Operations Manager Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all operations processes Maintain productivity standards Partner with team members and operations to resolve problems Oversee and supervise all operations in the pick/pack, shipping/receiving, and trade areas of the warehouse Ensure safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehouse and packaging line Develop and implement work schedules for associates Manage and maintain proper labor levels in the packaging /picking area Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching and disciplining employees Interact with other departments to achieve goals Attend warehouse planning meetings Communicate clear instructions Ensure all records and reports regarding warehouse activity are prepared timely and are effectively maintained Review operating goals, standards, and monitor and report achievement Provide training, develop and implement goal setting, and establish targets for all direct reports Supervise checking of outgoing and incoming freight for proper counts and codes Ensure all safety procedures and policies are followed Operate in compliance with OSHA, GMP and other appropriate standards Performs all other duties as assigned ID Logistics is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, marital status, age, national origin, citizenship, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military service status, pregnancy, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law. 3-5 years' experience directly supervising a team of up to 50 employees Must be able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish proficiently Able to develop effective working relationships with co-workers, colleagues and others to achieve operational excellence Minimal supervision required Must be knowledgeable of various kitting/assembly and packaging methods; B2C and B2B experience a must Demonstrated skills in leadership, organization, communication, and warehouse operations Strong computer skills, including WMS, ERP, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Must be detail oriented Self-motivated Able to multitask and work flexible schedules when required Positive approach to assigned tasks High ethical standards Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
