• Oversee and manage transit and delivery operations, ensuring exceptions are addressed promptly.
• Conduct comprehensive Delivery Reviews with carriers, fostering collaborative problem-solving to mitigate issues.
• Uphold stringent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for timely pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and rectify carrier-related concerns, including but not limited to pre-delivery, post-delivery, and in-transit challenges.
• Analyze logistic trends, identifying and executing improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed carrier scorecards to track and evaluate service performance.
• Generate and present monthly reports on carrier performance to internal stakeholders.
• Verify order billing accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Maintain stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all communications with carriers.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field; equivalent educational background will be considered.
• Previous exposure to an e-commerce environment is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college education preferred.
• Strong analytical and ad-hoc reporting skills are mandatory.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and apply logical reasoning.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• A keen eye for detail with the capacity to identify and rectify errors.
• Capable of discerning carrier requirements and setting clear expectations.
• Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing daily responsibilities efficiently.
• Independent, self-motivated, and equipped with robust problem-solving skills.

• Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, EST, Monday to Friday.
• Work Environment: In office (downtown Winston-Salem, NC)
