NIKA is hiring for a Quality Control (CQC) Representative to manage and implement a Quality Control Plan for a base operations support services contract in Kodiak, AK!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management and implementation of the Quality Control Plan.
• Will Provide an effective and efficient means of identifying and correcting problems and continually improving the quality of the work performed.
• The QC Representative will manage the QC inspection system, ensure the quality of performance is in accordance with the contract, and maintain files of all QC inspections and corrective action.
• Ensuring contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of NIKA.

Required Skills

• At least four years of experience as a quality assurance manager or project management on similar sized projects.
• Relevant Experience performed within the last 3 years is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
