Loss Control Representative, Sr. provides loss control assistance to agents and supports insured clients within an assigned territory. Evaluates, develops, and implements mitigation recommendations. Being a Loss Control Representative, Sr. creates and implements safety programs and performs accident investigations. Prevents injury by identifying and anticipating concerns and hazards with insured accounts. Additionally, Loss Control Representative, Sr. complies with federal, state, and local safety regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Loss Control Representative, Sr. occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. This job, while difficult has many perks, one of those being a short work period. Most representatives work for only 3-4 months out of the year and then take the rest off. Most make enough money just during the summer months to sustain them for the rest of the year.
