Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of pest control techniques and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property
- Use a variety of pest control methods, including chemical treatments, traps, and exclusion techniques
- Apply pesticides in accordance with state regulations and safety guidelines
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary
- Provide recommendations to clients on how to prevent future pest problems
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with common pests and their behaviors
- Ability to drive to various locations to perform inspections and treatments
- Sales skills to effectively communicate with clients and upsell additional services
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools, farm machinery, and power tools as needed for pest control tasks
