Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Copier Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining, repairing, and servicing copiers and other office equipment. As a Copier Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring our clients' copiers operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair copier malfunctions, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

· Perform routine maintenance on copiers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

· Install and configure new copiers according to client specifications.

· Train clients on basic copier operation and maintenance procedures.

· Keep accurate records of service calls, parts used, and repairs performed.

· Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest copier technology and industry trends.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.

· Proven experience as a Copier Service Technician or similar role.

· Strong understanding of copier mechanics, electronics, and software systems.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
