Feeder Creek Veterinary Services is a busy multi-doctor mixed animal practice located in Millersport, Ohio. We are looking to welcome motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team. Duties include, but are not limited to digital radiography, in-house labs, dentistry, anesthesia monitoring and recovery, surgical assistance, emergency triage and CPR, management of IV catheters and fluid therapy, laser therapy and routine technical and clerical duties. Some Saturday morning shifts and weekday evening shifts are required. Excellent wages based on experience with monthly profit sharing. We also offer a monthly stipend for health insurance, retirement plan, paid holiday and vacation/sick time, uniform and continuing education allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians in the examination and treatment of animals.
• Perform laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and CBC/Chem
• Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed by a veterinarian.
• Monitor vital signs of animals, such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Provide nursing care for animals.
• Collect samples for laboratory testing and prepare specimens for examination.
• Maintain records of animal care and treatments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
