We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing candidate who would like to work in a laid back, small manufacturing facility as a Machine Operator. APPLY TODAY for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate and oversee coating machines to apply coatings to materials
• Read and interpret job specifications to ensure accurate production
• Perform quality checks on coated materials using measuring tools and instruments
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain efficient production
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficient in reading a ruler
• Strong math skills
• Attention to detail
• Good attendance history
• Solid work history
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read a ruler and possess strong math skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated good attendance and work history
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

• $19-$21/hr to start!
