We are looking for a technical-minded or mechanically inclined individual with knowledge of or prior experience in machine operations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Safety awareness
• High school education
• Manufacturing experience as a machine operator or similar role
• Stable work history
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Sense of urgency
• 1st shift hours are 6:45 AM-3:00 PM. Overtime is required as business needs dictate.

• 8 Paid HolidaysAfter 1 Year of employment, earn 80 hours paid vacationResponsibilities- Operate and monitor machines in a manufacturing environment, ensuring they are running efficiently and producing quality products.- Read and interpret blueprints to set up machines according to specifications.- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in machining processes.- Perform regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of production.- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the manufacturing process.- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.- Maintain a clean and organized work area to optimize workflow efficiency.- Continuously improve skills and knowledge related to machine operation and manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
