ResourceMFG has an immediate opportunity for Entry level Machine Operators in the Albuquerque, NM area. This is a full-time entry-level machine operator position with advancement potential.

• Full time
• Day shift: M-F 7:15am-3:45pm, 2nd shift: M-F 3:15pm-11:45pm, Night Shift: M-F, 11:45pm-7:15am
• 1st shift $18.00/hr
• 2nd shift $19.00/hr
• 3rd shift $19.50/hr

 Machine Operator duties:

• Operation of injection molding machines
• Perform top quality work within deadlines.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Work effectively as a team contributor.
• Use the proper hand tools and equipment to manufacture the product.
• Ensure standard operating procedures and processes are followed.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

•  Ability to perform basic mathematical equations, read, and understand measurements.
•  Ability to read & understand part, component, and job instructions.
•  Ability to create and maintain record retention and retrieval systems appropriate for position.
•  Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
•  Must be able to lift 40lbs.
•  Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, pushing/pulling, and lifting.
•  Verification of High school diploma or equivalent required.
•  Steel toe shoes.
