The Staffing Alliance is now hiring for a 1st shift Machine Operator with mechanical experience to work at a manufacturing plant in Fairmont, NC. This individual will need to meet all requirements and be ready to start work immediately!

Responsibilities and Requirements for Machine Operator:

• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Must have experience completing tasks such as brazing, welding and manufacturing machine operating.
• Must be able to move in a pushing and pulling motion;
• Will occasionally required to climb, bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Must be able to twist and use eye, hand and foot coordination in the operation of foot and hand controls.
• Must have hand-coordination of both hands for manipulation, grasping and wrist rotation.
• Must be able to lift or carry 40- 50 pounds
• Will occasionally required to lift or carry 50 to 75 pounds.
