Responsible for achieving safety and quality goals.
Safe and efficient operation of equipment, which may include molders, folders, slitters, liners and printers.
Ensure that product is produced according to Quality Control Plans and Quality Standards.
Performance of Quality inspections and procedures.
Performs order changes and completes line clearance functions assigned to the operator.
Performs non-conformance isolations for current work order at the pack-out area.
Communicate, to the technical group, any machine or quality issues requiring mechanical adjustment or repair.
Accurate and complete documentation of activities in Quality records, Production Stats, GMP records and SPC charting.
Maintain GMP compliance in work areas.
Ensure equipment is operated within established operating parameters.
Responsible for labeling scrap containers.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education: (High School, Some College, Degree/ Major)
Completed High School or GED
Experience:
Operator/ QA experience preferred. Mechanical and electrical experience is preferred.
Computer Software Knowledge/Skills:
Must have knowledge of desk top computers and various software
Knowledge of the Downtime Database, CIM System & Infinity needed (Extra Training will be provided)
Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate exceptionally well, verbally and written.
Other Qualifications:
Must be a detailed oriented person
Must have the ability to multi-task
Must possess exceptional organizational skills
