About the job:

We are seeking a versatile individual to fill an immediate opening for a full-time position in the role of Machine Operator. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely production of the individual parts used to manufacture cabinets. You will be responsible for safely operating large CNC machines with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is someone adaptable and ready to support various tasks across our business operations, from manufacturing to on-site installations.

What you will be doing:

• Operating the following machines under minimal supervision.
• ... CNC Router
• ... CNC Beam Saw
• ... Edge Bander
• ... Dowel Inserter
• Operating a forklift to manage and load sheet materials and transport parts.
• Effectively communicating and understanding verbal and written job instructions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, has great team-building skills.
• Strong understanding of the machinery you’ll be working with.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet.
• Perform all tasks safely and responsibly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Forklift experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with listed machinery.
• Previous mechanical experience.
• Previous cabinetry experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
