Your Role:

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees by developing functional knowledge of technical disciplines.
• Understand key business drivers and use this understanding to drive action and meet facility objectives.
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
• Provide judgment and leverage experience of team to propose different solutions outside of standard operating procedures but with approved guidance.
• Perform as an escalation point for problem resolution.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage staff resources by identifying staffing needs, recruitment, hiring, onboarding and on-going training of staff resources.
• Instill a customer centric mindset with focus on consistent delivery on time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and 3 years of professional manufacturing experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• 1 years of experience with CNC Machining operation, principles, and practices.

• Experience managing projects by leveraging project management frameworks and methodologies.
