Tate’s Bake Shop is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing team in East Moriches, NY. In the Maintenance Supervisor role, you will support our Production Lines with a goal to achieve zero breakdowns and ensure efficient maintenance costs. The Maintenance Supervisor will be key in this objective by coordinating planned corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities through the technical development of the maintenance and operation teams of the production lines that you will supervise.
This role will focus on loss eradication (breakdown) and implementation of line E2E (End to End) reliability using all progressive maintenance pillar tools, maintenance and CBM (condition-based monitoring) technologies, leadership in maintenance, repairs and operations/spare parts, utilization of the maintenance module and skills development.
To define success, we will use key metrics such as injury rate, GE (equipment reliability), MTBF (mean time between failures), %TBM/CBM completed, and fixed cost management (spare parts, contracted services, emergency purchases, labor).
