Field supervisors manage and oversee the performance of the porters to assure they are cleaning to our company standards. Supervisors are responsible for training new porters, providing supplies/ equipment and driving around to assure the jobs are completed to our company cleaning standards. Hours are from 4 or 5am- 1or 2pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend availability is required. We provide a company vehicle and cell phone. Ideal candidate has supervising and outside labor/cleaning experience.
