Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing processes and a strong ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties:
· Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of manufacturing personnel
· Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
· Train and mentor staff on proper manufacturing procedures
· Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
· Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
· Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
· Develop, design, and build manufacturing processes, fixtures and procedures
· conduct recruiting and hiring activities to build and maintain a manufacturing team
· Measure and analyze manufacturing performance to implement improvements
· Teach and implement Lean Manufacturing systems, processes, and tools to the manufacturing team
