Position Summary
Under direction, the Engineering Technician ensures production machinery remains in proper working order by carrying out effective preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, scheduling downtime to perform any required maintenance. Orders and maintains part inventory. Plans and executes machinery overhaul as necessary, completing and logging preventative and scheduled maintenance. Supervises maintenance team. Identifies and implements opportunities for efficiency and process improvement and aids in the planning and installation of new equipment and technologies.
