POSITION – Machine Operator - Plasma Cutting Table

JOB LOCATION – Watertown, WI

STARTING DATE – Interview w/ Client & start as soon as TOMORROW!

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 4:30pm)

STARTING PAY – $18-$25 per hour depending on experience.

Machine Operator for a Koike Aronson plasma table. This table is a new machine that’s powered by a Hypertherm power source with Pro-Nest software. The operator of this machine would need to have a background in operating a plasma table of equal or greater value.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and

adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment

• Experience in a manufacturing environment 2 or more years is a plus

• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and

operation on multiple pieces of equipment

• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality

production and minimal unplanned stops

• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production

of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials

• General 5S and Housekeeping

Job Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator 2 or more years is a plus

• Knowledge of Production Procedures

• Ability to Read Blueprints and Manuals

• Attention to Detail

• Able to work on feet for extended periods of time

• Teamwork

• Work Independently
