Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns

- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities

- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or issues

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change

- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
