Services Required:

· Lock changes, rekeying

· Lawn care, maintenance

· Trash-outs, debris removals.

· Small repairs

· Tree trimming, tree removal

· Winterizations

Requirements:

· Must have own tools and transportation.

· 1099 position (independent contractor)

· Bi-weekly pay schedule

· Proficiency in using a phone and app for picture uploads into the system.
