Manual Lathes Machinist

We are open to training!  If you do not have all the skills provided, we are more than willing to train and develop someone with entry-level knowledge. We are seeking a Manual Lathes Machinist to join our team. You will be responsible for making glands, cutting rods, and welding as a Manual Lathes Machinist. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating manual lathes and be able to produce high-quality work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Operate manual lathes to produce parts according to specifications

- Make glands, cut rods, and weld as required

- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

 Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience as a Manual Lathes Machinist

- Proficient in operating manual lathes and other related equipment

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
