• Advanced machine set-up & operation.
• Setup tooling and fixturing.
• Adjust tooling & work offsets to maintain quality of parts.
• Ability to consistently work to close tolerances.
• Editing of CNC programs.
• Perform inspections on parts both dimensionally and visually.
• Assist & support others in daily departmental operations.
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment.
• Accurately record all ‘In process’completed part count and ‘daily time’sheets data entry.
• Follows verbal and/or written instructions such as blue prints and direction from supervisor.

• Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times.
• Self-motivated, organized individual with ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ERP system usage/knowledge a plus.
• Strong blue print reading skills.
• Strong knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Strong knowledge of G&M code.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools and holders.
• Computer skills required for retrieving job instruction, recording inspection data, and timesheet reporting
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 5 or more years’of CNC machine operation.
• GED/High School required, vocational training a plus

• 6: 30AM to 5: PM Monday thru Friday (occasional Saturday when required)
