SportsCare Physical Therapy is now hiring a billing Mail clerk.

Job Purpose and Summary :

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving new mail, prepping, sorting, scanning, matching EOB’s to payments and balancing deposits in accordance to SportsCare policy / guidelines.

This position requires basic operation of computers, attention to details, and accuracy. In addition, this position requires team effort when processing time sensitive information.

This is a permanent full-time position typically working 40 hours per week. This position is based out of the Corporate South Location.

Requirements and Duties :

• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
• Attorney payments
• Patient payments
• Insurance payments
• Denials
• Labeling Folders
• Balancing / Processing daily deposits
• Notify manager of important changes;
• Refunds
• Insurance billing changes
• Insurance letters
• Scanning / Uploading documents
• Must be organized
• Have great clerical skills
• Team player with a great attitude
• Maintain cleanliness of mail area
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
