Mail Clerk jobs in Dallas, TX
Mail Clerk receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail. Collects and processes outgoing mail. Being a Mail Clerk operates postage machine and other mailroom equipment as needed. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Mail Clerk typically reports to a Mailroom Supervisor. The Mail Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Ben Abbott & Associates is hiring a mailing clerk at our busy personal injury law firm. No prior experience necessary; however prior experience in using excel and photoshop is required. Work Hours are Monday- Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, no overtime. Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Intermediate familiarity with Photoshop/Adobe
- Experience using Excel
- Attention to Detail
Position includes duties such as designing our monthly postcards, managing our returned mail and our client mailing list.
