Overview

Ensures distribution of truck mail accurately and timely

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

• Box books for the deli/baker department - Monday, Wed, Fri and prep to mail slots 
• Print truck loading tags and place for truck delivery
• Pull pallets of boxes/totes to replenish supply
• Prints sales plans, order books, pricing labels and prepares for delivery
• Advertisement signs, and other customer orders boxed and slotted for delivery
• Edit customer updates to make necessary changes, update order books
• Maintain slotting list changes to ensure accurate delivery of mail
• SSR Error Reporting site – manage alerts to ensure mail is not missed and if so, find alternative routes
• Circular advertisements – break down from Estes and place in racks, print and scan tags
• Process Vescom orders for timely delivery
• Remove old/non-customer material to avoid unnecessary deliveries
• Take missing mail to dispatch to disperse with alternate routes
• Deliver mail to Fairvalue weekly
• Monitor emails for customer issues/discrepancies and correspond accordingly
• Monitor email/phone for ad hoc requests   

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass Lift Operator’s qualification course.
• Must be able to read, write, and possess basic math skills
• Must be able to reason and have basic decision-making skills.
• Must be able to understand and operate RF functions.
• Must be certified on a pallet jack
