Mail Clerk receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail. Collects and processes outgoing mail. Being a Mail Clerk operates postage machine and other mailroom equipment as needed. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Mail Clerk typically reports to a Mailroom Supervisor. The Mail Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Currently seeking MOTIVATED individual to join our growing shop production team.
Must be able to perform efficiently in a fast paced work environment. Job duties vary daily but can include feeding machines, sorting mail pieces, wrapping pallets, shipping & receiving, standing on hard surfaces for extended periods feeding machines. Some lifting is required. Mailroom and postal experience is a plus! Seeking First shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm
