At New Jersey Manufacturers (NJM), a top-rated insurance company, we are seeking a Mail & Document Processor, Associate in our West Trenton office.
This role does require working in the office.
The Document Processor, Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring, and maintaining customer satisfaction according to company standards with regard to the timeliness, accuracy, availability, validation and quality review of scanned documents; is responsible for preparing incoming mail for processing. This includes the ability to operate various types of scanners for the creation of electronic files. Able to troubleshoot issues with image clarity and make adjustments to equipment as needed to provide the best quality image and apply necessary metadata for document processing and retrieval.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM.
Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $36,149.10 - $42,012.75. Compensation is commensurate with experience and credentials.
