The Business Office/Accounting Clerk provides support by

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
• Reconciliation of Cash and Balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with month end and year end closings.
• Assist with job costing and reporting.
• Must have general knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Must have Data Entry skills, be well organized, and pay attention to detail.
• Qualified candidates need to be well versed in accounting software, payroll software, and proficient with computers and have the ability to use Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience is a plus. Pay range is dependent on experience.
