Job Summary: **Immediate Hire**

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals, to join our team as a Full Time and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow while providing excellent service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, package shipments, and various service requests
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Promote additional services and upsell when appropriate
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate welcomed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
• Sales experience is a bonus
