Roles & Responsibilities
- Use of postage meter, FedEx Ship Manager software, copier equipment, calculator, desktop computer.
- Sending and receiving daily mail and packages via USPS and courier.
- Distribute mail & packages to designated office drop-off points (mail stops) daily.
- Computer use including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat DC Pro software.
- Answer customer questions regarding costs and best ways for outbound mailing & shipping.
- Hand stuffing inserts into envelopes for daily mailings.
- Perform binding and finishing work when needed.
- Opening, saving, and transferring computer files based on established protocols.
- Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
- Deliver completed copy jobs to pre-determined customer locations within the site.
- Maintain daily meter and service logs.
- Answer department phone lines as needed.
- Cash register and transaction log entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
