Mail Clerk, Sr. jobs in Tulsa, OK

Responsible for the reception, organizaztion, and distribution of mail among departments within the corporation. 

EXPECTATIONS

• Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, including funding applications and related documents, by department/branch/individuals.
• Logs all incoming mail/packages and delivers each to addressee.
• Uses fax and scanning machines to upload funding applications and associated documents into the appropriate digital systems.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of scanned documents.
• Documents conditions submitted with funding applications accurately and comprehensively.
• Organizes and maintains physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
• Weighs mail to determine the correct postage.
• Acts as backup receptionist, including but not limited to greeting visitors, answering phones, accepting mail and deliveries, and maintaining the reception area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mailroom
