Mail Server Administrator administers and maintains the organization's email system(s). Monitors server performance and mail routing. Being a Mail Server Administrator creates user accounts and maintains security levels on databases. Provides first-level telephone support and troubleshoots issues. Additionally, Mail Server Administrator monitors existing messaging infrastructure and server usage, ensuring proper working order. Provides recommendations and plans for improvements to e-mail network. May document internal policies or develop training for end-users. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Mail Server Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. - Attorney payments
- Patient payments
- Insurance payments
- Denials
- Labeling Folders
- Balancing / Processing daily deposits
- Notify manager of important changes;
- Refunds
- Insurance billing changes
- Insurance letters
- Scanning / Uploading documents
- Must be organized
- Have great clerical skills
- Team player with a great attitude
- Maintain cleanliness of mail area
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
