Job Description:
As a Package/Mail Screener at R & B Taxes, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization against potential security threats by screening incoming packages and mail items. Your responsibilities will include thoroughly inspecting parcels and correspondence for any suspicious or prohibited items, ensuring compliance with security protocols and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for logging and documenting all screened items accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in package/mail screening or security-related roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to follow security protocols and procedures effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer proficiency for logging and documenting screened items
