This role requires strong time management along with the ability to follow through on time-sensitive tasks. This role requires performing critical tasks including the management of correspondence and processing claims to the VA. Client follow-up and tracking will be required by this position to complete the mailing of claims, SF180s, and initial documentation. This position will also handle incoming client calls to the reception line and route those calls as necessary. This position will communicate effectively and professionally in writing, over the phone, and in person with a diverse group of internal and external callers and visitors. The Mail Clerk must be able to implement and support change and promote a positive team atmosphere.Education and Previous Work Experience:High School Graduate

Position Type:- This is a Non-Exempt position.
- This is a full-time position.
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedules subject to approval by the Operations Manager
