Position: Supplies Clerk

Location: Corporate Headquarters, Winnsboro, Texas

Reports to: Director of Corporate Services

Employment Shift: Full Time, non- exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act

Travel: Travel not required

Responsibilities, not limited to:

• Be familiar with location of departments on campus
• Retrieve mail from Post Office and sort/send/receive to correct departments
• Proficient with phone/email business communication
• Responsible for ordering supplies for Departments/Branches
• Research and resolve shipment issues independently
• Safely operate forklift/golf cart on campus for mail delivery/pick up
• Pick/distribute supplies for delivery or shipment to departments/Branch offices
• Ability to band/shrink wrap freight
• Responsible for inventory, control management of company store
• Responsible for shipments from company store
• Have working knowledge of UPS software and TeamNav

Skills and Qualifications, not limited to:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to seventy-five (75) pounds
• Must be forklift certified
• Ability to self-manage, self-motivate and work independently
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Must be capable of driving the golf cart for mail runs
