Additionally, Mail Server Administrator monitors existing messaging infrastructure and server usage, ensuring proper working order. Provides recommendations and plans for improvements to e-mail network. May document internal policies or develop training for end-users. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
