The Facilities Services Department at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of State Classified Administrative Assistant II - Mailroom Clerk. This position is responsible for the physical work involved in the variety of general tasks involved, such as picking up mail tubs at the post office and delivering on campus as well as unloading, storing, staging for delivery, and computer equipment and supplies, on campus. Assist in the operation of Mail & Shipping Services by processing incoming and outgoing letters, flats, and parcels through sorting, metering, pickup & delivery in a timely and courteous manner. This position also serves in the general sorting and delivery functions of the mailroom and package tracking system.
