Alliance Payment Solutions has an outstanding opportunity for an OPEX Operator / Check Remittance Processor in a growing company.

Job responsibilities:

• Operate OPEX Rapid Extraction Desk (mail opener) to open trays of mail.
• Organize contents in the mail according to client rules and prepare them for document imaging. This requires accuracy and speed.
• Use good communication skills with other processors to complete deadlines during peak times.
• Operate large printer for statement printing.
• Lift large bins of documents for storage.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as well as specific client rules.

Job Requirements:

• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to work alone as well as in a team setting.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to complete background and employment screening.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm or until work is completed (Hours may adjust according to workload).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
