We are seeking a Long-Term detail-oriented and organized and energetic Mailroom Clerk to join our team. The Mailroom Clerk will be responsible for handling outgoing mail, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks etc. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Main Job Roles:
. Quality Control Standards: Consistently meeting QC standards to ensure our products leave at top standard. (ie: Correct Postage, Product, Matches Proof etc)
. Order Deadlines: Completing daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule. Coordinating with Production Manager to prioritize orders to meet deadlines.
. Machine Operation: Setting up machinery and ensuring all materials are readily available for maximum efficiency.
. USPS Deliveries: Helping sort and prepare mail in trays to be delivered to the Post Office in a safe and timely manner.
Supporting Job Roles:
. Organization of Production Floor/Inventory: Ensuring that the work environment is clean, safe and organized. Including all inventory and trays.

- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Positive outlook, Smart, Ambitious and takes ownership of everything they do
- Ability to load and unload packages, including heavy lifting

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for an eight-hour shift
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
