The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Enterprise Services (DES), is recruiting to fill a Mailroom and Forms Center Program Lead in the Office of Facilities, Safety, & Rick Management (OFSRM).

This position will work 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

This position is headquartered in the 1 W. Wilson Street office in the heart of downtown Madison, near the State Capitol, the Madison Metro route, and the Capital City bike path.

Position Summary

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating the work of permanent, Limited Term, and contract staff in both the Mailroom and Forms Center at DHS. The Mailroom provides mail services for all of DHS, including mail services to and from DHS at 1 W. Wilson St (central office), regional offices, and DHS-operated facilities. The Forms Center is a warehouse that stores and distributes forms, publications, and copy paper for DHS at 1 W. Wilson St.

Specific duties include:

• Coordinating workload of mailroom and forms center staff to distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages, process forms and supply orders, distribute stock, and restock inventory.
• Monitoring and maintaining mailroom and forms center operations and providing reports to Building &Space Management section chief as requested.
• Assisting Fleet Manager with vehicle coordination (e.g., tracking vehicle reservations, driver eligibility, vehicle maintenance, etc.)

This position requires customer service skills, experience with inventory management tasks, the ability to meet State of Wisconsin Fleet requirements to drive a state vehicle, and the ability to lift and move up to 53lbs.
